Staging environment

For training purposes or to test new features, a demo version may be made available to you, subject to approval by the Yuzer teams.

To access this environment, you must download and install (as described above) the demo versions of Yuzer.

Once Yuzer has been installed:

Retrieve your company’s or group’s account key:

You must have an ‘account key’ to be able to use Yuzer. You can retrieve this account key from a computer that has already been set up by logging into your Yuzer account.

To view an account key, click on the coloured circle with your initials in the top left-hand corner, then click on ‘Account details’

Copy the account key and send it to the new computer – by email, for example

Log in to your account using the recovered account key:

Paste the account key into the space provided

Click on the correct entity (orange box) and then on your avatar (purple box)

If you cannot find yourself in the staff directory: Please contact a manager at your company so that they can set up access for you
