2. Choose a location to save the installer file that appears

4. Click the \[\[Downloads]] button

5. Click the downloaded installer file

6. Launch Anydesk for every support call and be ready to provide us with this workstation's number.

#### Authorising Anydesk to take control on Mac

You need to allow Anydesk access to the three settings on this screen.
Simply click each button and approve Anydesk's access.
